[Task] Review code for if there is no "choices" sheet #34
Description

Context
Kobo-Connect now gives internal server error if there is no "choices" sheet, eg if there is no select_one and select_multiple question
What needs to be done
- Review code and update where necessary, so that there will be no error if there is no "choices" sheet in the XLS form
Acceptance Criteria
- Kobo-Connect can handle XLS forms without "choices" sheet
