Introduce Allure reports for better test observability

Introduce Allure reports into the project for test reportings, make sure the CI builds and the Master pipeline runs are utilizing the following GitHub Actions for attaching the report to the build: https://allurereport.org/docs/integrations-github/

Use Allure's imperative mode in the tests.
