KHR_audio instead of MSFT_audio_emitter

Implement new glTF audio extension [KhronosGroup/glTF/pull/2137](https://github.com/KhronosGroup/glTF/pull/2137) instead of [MSFT_audio_emitter](https://github.com/KhronosGroup/glTF/pull/1400).
