Independent Windows-native AgentMemory downstream for Codex (source preview)

I published an independent, source-only Windows-native downstream of AgentMemory for OpenAI Codex Desktop and Codex CLI:

It is based on AgentMemory v0.9.29 and is not an official upstream release. The preview focuses on a managed Windows service/build/install path, four Codex lifecycle hooks, exact-project writes, source-labelled federated recall, and optional loopback-only local Qwen graph extraction. Documentation is available in English, Korean, and Japanese.

Important limits: there is no prebuilt or signed installer in this first preview. Most downstream changes were generated and revised by OpenAI Codex from my requirements. I tested the result with automated tests and live Windows/Codex use, but I did not manually review the source and no independent audit has been performed.

Sharing this in Show and Tell because there have been Windows setup questions here. No review is being requested; I’m simply leaving the Windows-specific source preview where it may be useful.

The attached 40-second walkthrough is an assembled representation of a verified live save → recall run; internal identifiers are redacted.
