Broken Internal Navigation Links in README Roadmap Sections

Description

Some roadmap/navigation links in the README and phase documentation do not correctly redirect to their intended sections/files.

Observed issues:

Certain anchor links fail on mobile GitHub view
Some relative paths break when opening nested docs
Navigation becomes difficult across large roadmap sections

Expected behavior:
All roadmap links and section anchors should correctly redirect users to the intended content across desktop and mobile GitHub interfaces.

Possible fix:

Standardize anchor naming
Verify relative paths
Add automated markdown link checking

Hi @rohitg00

I noticed that some internal navigation/anchor links in the roadmap documentation are not redirecting correctly in certain sections, especially while navigating nested docs/mobile GitHub view.

I’d like to work on fixing:

• broken relative links
• inconsistent anchors
• roadmap navigation issues

Could you please assign this to me if it’s valid?
