Gracefully catch panics in REPL

In the rare case of Rolldown panicking, we have an infinite loading screen and no clear error messages except for the console.

Ideally we would show the error message and let the user know (+ an easy way to share this as a GitHub issue)

The error is thrown in a worker thread by Rolldown and should be handled within napi-rs or Rolldown itself.
