added new filter - genre! #4

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Filtering movie by year, month and favorite actors are not a clear filtering. The movie has criteria genre which can be used in filtering.

New Rest method to control this filtering feature.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Create new Entity, which will contain all filtering criteria, e.g.
- Primary release year
- favorite actors (true/false)
- other actors( list of the actor ids)
- Primary release month
- Genre.
