Writing Principles

The sections of an article should generally be written in the following order:

  • Title Page (including article title, byline, membership, and first footnote)
  • Abstract, must be one paragraph and between 150 to 250 words.
  • Index Terms
  • Nomenclature (optional)
  • Introduction
  • Body of Article
  • Conclusion
  • Appendix(es)
  • Acknowledgment
  • References
  • Photos and Biographries
