We should have a mise segment

There's already an asdf segment, but I don't know how asdf operates differently to mise, and the segment code is quite obtuse to me.

I'll probably take a crack at this myself sometime, but I'm mentioning it here in case someone else feels like going for it.

good starting point, i'm reading the asdf code in https://github.com/romkatv/powerlevel10k/blob/8fa10f43a0f65a5e15417128be63e68e1d5b1f66/internal/p10k.zsh in order to refactor on top of this starting point, which uses echo to show the versions:

lol i still prefer my old fashioned solution in #2212. I think parsing version files is way more robust than running mise ls --current 🤓
