Track Duco core integration roadmap

Summary

Track the scoped follow-up work for the Home Assistant Duco core integration.

This is a coordination issue and parent roadmap item, not a single implementation ticket.

Purpose

Use this issue to keep the Duco core backlog structured around concrete child issues.

The goal is to:

• keep roadmap scope visible
• separate research from implementation
• preserve dependencies between related core changes
• avoid mixing unrelated Duco work into one execution ticket

Child issue areas

The child issues under this roadmap currently cover:

• telemetry and monitoring
• ventilation controls and mode UX
• node capability expansion
• diagnostics and support visibility
• configuration follow-up
• investigation work triggered by vendor feedback

Rules for use

• implement work through the scoped child issues
• create a new child issue when a new Duco signal becomes concrete enough to track
• use research issues first when vendor feedback changes assumptions in the integration
• keep library-only implementation work on the separate python-duco-connectivity board

Non-goals

• landing one PR directly against this umbrella issue
• using this issue as a catch-all for unrelated Duco ideas
• mirroring the full raw API surface without a clear Home Assistant use case

Minimum validation

• child issues remain scoped and actionable
• dependencies stay explicit
• project fields reflect the current implementation order
