Migrate to Base UI

As it seems https://base-ui.com will be the leading headless UI components library taking over Radix UI. shadcn/ui already includes this as an alternative with plans to make it a primary choice soon. 

Do we have any plans to replace Radix UI with Base UI in rn-primitives also?
