Update on this: unified inbox is the 1.7.0 milestone, now on the roadmap (https://github.com/root-fr/jmap-webmail/blob/main/ROADMAP.md). The plan is an "All accounts" view merging every account the JMAP session exposes, per-account sections and badges in the sidebar, and reply picking the right identity for whichever account the message came from.

1.6.0 comes first (global search plus large-mailbox fixes), then this. Today's v1.5.3 was a stability release clearing the ground for both.
