plikd.cfg some values not working bug

I'm running docker by image rootgg/plik latest efca35e9aaaf（v1.3.8）behind transparent proxy caddy2

after change plikd.cfg values and restart,some values works good but some not working:

1. DefaultTTLStr = "30d" # 30 days
   MaxTTLStr = "0" # 0 : No limit
   change MaxTTLStr to 0,when uploading&add files,I did't see the never expires/remove button.if I change automatically removed day to zero,it looks like using default TTLStr 30d

2.EnhancedWebSecurity = true
change EnhancedWebSecurity to true and restart/re-deploy ,testing Security headers failed:
