#Forms at Enspiral

These are some of the forms that help make Enspiral tick. They're all connected to the Ops team, so if something doesn't seem quite right, try contacting us at: foundation@enspiral.com

All contributors

• Update your details in the Enspiral Members & Contributor database via this Contributor Details form
• Get your Cobudget bucket paid out bucket payout form
• Annual contributor opt-in form
• Add or remove your Google Apps email account
• Go to the Variable contributions form to request a one off contribution.
• Get permission to use the Enspiral brand

Members

• To add a new contributor to the Enspiral network, go to Add a new contributor form
• To add a new member, leave membership or change your hiatus status, go to the Member status change form

###Ventures

• To add a new venture or proto-venture to the network, go to the New Enspiral venture form
