Releasing 2 repositories with dependencies

Hi all,

We release a few packages from 2 repositories.
We like the idea `industrial_ci` is prechecking the ROS build farm build pass.
Once we change API between the packages the flow breaks as Package A depend on package B which is consumed from the ROS servers (old version without the new API)


Any idea on how to solve this case?
