[bloom-release] --edit-track support for updating src/doc branches

bloom-release --edit-track ... provides no capacity for updating the src/doc branches. Would be useful if they did lest it fail the PR-Travis check on rosdistro (e.g. here).

Perhaps it can just erase the current values or reset a flag, so when the bloom-release process gets down to the point of pushing to rosdistro it can re-ask the usual status/src/doc questions.

Same happened for me.. too bad no one commented on it for ~6 years..
Using bloom-release did not change the branch name on the PR to rosdistro.
Any workaround for it?
