Ambiguous handling in EntityFilters.msg

The EntityFilters.msg defines various of possible entity filters. Almost all of them have exact information, that they are applied with other filters. Example information for field string filter, cite: Applies together with other filters (categories, tags).

In case of filed Bounds bounds this information is missing, what makes it ambiguous. Standard should exactly specify if filter applies with other ones or not, without any room for interpretation by the reader.
