meta-ros status

• Syncs
  • All supported ROS 2 and Yocto Project releases have been sync'd
    • master-next: 104 new commits
    • whinlatter-next: 112 new commits
    • scarthgap-next: 136 new commits
    • kirkstone-next: 136 new commits
    • All builds were tested on qemu-x86_64 with: bitbake --continue desktop-full ros2-control canopen
      • The controller-manager package in ros2-control requires python3-filelock, which does not exist in Kirkstone, but does exist in later Yocto Project releases
      • The Whinlatter Yocto Project release has a build failure in freeglut from openembedded-core
    • Thanks to @graceagrace, @chkohn, and everyone that contributed fixes to get ros2-control, canopen, and other build failures to work
    • -next branches will be merged in shortly
