Installation failure on Google Colab (Python 3.12) due to numpy==1.24.3

This is due to incompatibility between Gensim and Numpy, so If you don't need SentEmbedding and WordEmbedding you can follow this:
Install Hazm without dependencies, then manually add only the required libraries for non-embedding features, and remove the two lines in __init__.py that import SentEmbedding and WordEmbedding. This way, Hazm works fine on Python 3.12+ for all basic NLP tasks, while skipping the broken gensim dependency.

hello, it seems like gensim 4.4.0 supports python 3.12 and above, but this project depends on gensim<5.0.0,>=4.3.1 which makes it fail to install on python 3.13
