Blank screen for some users

I recently installed Nextcloud 32.0.0 and Roundcube 1.5.11, for three diferent uses, on diferent three virtual hosts on the same server, with the same configuration, using the plugin version 1.2.2. Two of them are working, but the third always displays a white screen when I try to launch Roundcube. I tried reinstalling, but it didn't solve the problem. I save the e-mail and password, on configuration tab, but not working.
The users use a Ldap accounts to access the Nextcloud.
