New build from source cleanup cmd

In the wiki instructions to build from source, I suggest the latest (1.6.11) cleanup command to be:

mv bin/transifexpull.sh INSTALL UPGRADING LICENSE /tmp
mv tests/ installer/ .git* .tx* *.md /tmp

Some of the files are now cleaned up in the make, and others have become markdown files.

We should probably scratch this wiki page and refer to the Makefile.

ps. in 1.7 there's no need to remove documentation files as they are outside of the document root.
