Contacts not visible in "Insert contact(s)" popup window if zoom level is 90% or less

Prerequisites

• I have searched for duplicate or closed issues
• I can recreate the issue with all plugins disabled

Describe the issue

How to reproduce:

1. Set the browser zoom level to 90%.
2. Compose a new email.
3. Click the "Add contact" icon.
4. No contacts visible. Increase window size to find them to the left.
5. (Set the zoom level back to 100% to see the contacts again.)
