Cursor icon doesn't change to clickable elements in listings

When hovering the cursor over items in the navigation bar on the very left, or at the top, the cursor icons changes to the "pointer" icon.

This doesn't happen for items in listings, e.g. folders, or address book contacts, which feels inconsistent.

@alec Do you know if there's a concrete reason for this difference?

Well, the toolbar items are "buttons", while the list items aren't. I think it's fine.
