Add tool to create task from template

Being able to instantiate a task over from a template would be super helpful. The endpoint task the template id and returns the new task id.

PR #52 adds support for this. It introduces four new tools:

• asana_get_task_templates — list task templates within a project
• asana_get_task_template — fetch the full record for a single template
• asana_instantiate_task — create a task from a template
• asana_get_job — poll the resulting Asana Job

One important note: the Asana instantiateTask endpoint is asynchronous — it returns a Job, not a Task. The new task GID is exposed via job.new_task.gid once job.status === "succeeded". So the flow is: call asana_instantiate_task → poll asana_get_job until succeeded → read new_task.gid. In practice the job typically returns succeeded on the very first poll for simple templates.

Would this satisfy your use case, or were you hoping for a different shape (e.g. a single synchronous call that blocks until the task is ready)? Happy to iterate if needed.
