Pack .zarr with RO-crate?

Hi, first of all, beautiful work!

I've been working with OME-zarr and some of the available datasets (say, via https://ome.github.io/ome2024-ngff-challenge/) provide also a ro-crate-metadata.json file inside the .zarr:

e.g. https://ome.github.io/ome-ngff-validator/?source=https://storage.googleapis.com/jax-public-ngff/public/42172.zarr

RO-crate is a nice way of packing metadata directly in the files, so downloads come already with explanations (https://www.researchobject.org/ro-crate/).

It could be fun to have this kind of self-explanatory metadata on the embryozoo datasets
