[kernelxp] Add more kernel functions to kernelxp.dll wrapper

Can you please add more following functions to kernelxp.dll wrapper:

SetDllDirectoryA (missing for some applications)
CheckRemoteDebuggerPresent (missing for some applications)
SetProcessDEPPolicy
GetProcessDEPPolicy
GetSystemDEPPolicy
GetThreadId
InitExecuteRunOnce
LocaleNameToLCID

So I can possibly test Firefox 53.0.3 & Google Chrome version 50 to work on Windows XP SP1-SP3 / Windows Server 2003 RTM-SP2 with kernelxp.dll wrappers unofficially and additional unofficial workarounds?
