[xpdll] Ideas for xpdll.dll wrapper for ntdll.dll

@roytam1 I have an good idea, what about creating an xpdll.dll wrapper for ntdll.dll (includes the rtlsetthreaddebugonexit and gettraceloggerhandle functions, and lots of functions from xp sp3)
