Feature request: set `minimal_duration` per-entity

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I want to filter with minimal_duration in multiple-logbook-card, but only one entity has the problematic short states I want to filter out. Another entity has short states that would get filtered out by minimal_duration, but I want to keep them.

If minimal_duration could be set per-entity, that would solve this issue.
