waveshare-rp2040-zero dependency not updated

Hello,

it seems like you updated rp2040-hal but did not republish waveshare-rp2040-zero.
Now the latest version of waveshare-rp2040-zero requires rp2040-hal v0.10.2 and conflicts with orther crates (eg. ws2812-pio) that use v0.11.0.

I also noticed this when looking into rp2040-flash, which needs rp2040-hal 0.11.

One needs to explicitly select rp2040-flash 0.5.2.

Would be great if a new version could be published!
