jupiter parser is out of date

gm,

the jupiter parser is out of date. there are instructions, such as route_v2, which are missing from the yellowstone-vixen parser. i went ahead and confirmed that the most recent IDL published on solscan definitely is different.

i'm happy to do the needful here with codama and generate the SDK, but i am curious how these protobuf files are generated. i dont see any documentation surrounding them and i seem to remember somewhere reading that they're internal things that are subject to change or something,

i got some progress on this but might need another set of eyes. one thing i ran into and worked through: the IDL has optional fields. codama parses them properly but the build script is not set up to handle this 'experimental feature.' i had to add .protoc_arg("--experimental_allow_proto3_optional") as an argument in build.rs to get the protos to generate.

after working past the optional fields, i am stuck at the errors below. it appears that codama is generating the parsers with inproper lifetimes and i can't figure out how to get it to set the lifetime that's expected.

gm @kespinola, thanks for getting to that so quickly. i was able to get the parser to properly build but it appears to not properly be handling parsing the discriminator.

here's a copy of the output of me attempting to utilize a filtered pipeline and parse a transaction containing the new route_v2 instruction.
