Support installing from remote RPM

This was mentioned in #20 but I think it should be an explicitly separate use-case.

This is useful for containers that only have microdnf and want to run e.g microdnf install -y https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/epel-release-latest-7.noarch.rpm
