Question: What is the license of the logo?

Hello,

I want to package this SVG https://github.com/rpm-software-management/rpm-web/blob/master/images/RPM_Logo.svg together with 2 PNG options:

As a logo for the rpmlua jupyter kernel.

However, this repository does not have a LICENSE or COPYRIGHT file and I am not sure if the logo is GPL-2.0-or-later or not.

This is a complicated question. I tried to find a solution with legal but that fizzled out. The issue here is less about copyright and more about trade mark laws.

This repo not having a license is another kettle of fish to look into...
