System.Commandline update/migration

System.Commandline is now finally released, but we lost NaminngConventionBinder on the way. which means we need to add a lot of mapping code ourselves as I understand it.

(I tried to update once, but it was too complex to just do)

Alternatives include:

Stay on beta 4

Update and add the extra mapping code

Use another command line parser

@ErikEJ I looked into this a bit. Looks like the loss of NamingConventionBinder means we no longer have a way of parsing the command line arguments into a BuildOptions, DeployOptions and InspectOptions etc. These classes are the inputs for running their respective commands. We might want to look at https://www.nuget.org/packages/DotMake.CommandLine#readme-body-tab for making that work.

Yeah, looks like that could a replacement for namingConventions
