E.g, Solid Red RGB LED for conditions that would prevent operation:

1. SAM-M10Q GNSS chip failure / won't communicate
2. BMP390 Baro chip failure / won't communicate
3. ICM42688 IMU chip failure / won't communicate
4. No file system available

Use one of the solid LED to indicate:

1. Device not adopted by tempo-insights yet (device name still "Tempo-BT")
