Although ka9q-radio is not only supporting the RX888, wsprdaemon ka9q-utils.sh is hardcoded testing for a usb-connected RX888 and breaks when not. #32

Description

@waterwin

When setting up my Fobos the RX888 is not connected. When building wsprdaemon from scratch it tests for a connected RX888.
See lines 858 ev. in ka9q-utils.sh

I suggest to remove that test as it is not needed and blocks error free building of wsprdaemon.

This change is not only useful when working with other radios like the Fobos SDR but also useful when preparing a new VM or new pc while your RX888 is not yet connected to the new hardware.
