using Unicycler for hybrid metagenomic- A double-edged sword ?

Hi

Although the Unicycler developer already mentioned that Unicycler is specifically designed for single isolate genome assembly, there are many papers comparing the hybrid metagenomic tools with Unicycler in their benchmarking. I personally did the same and i amazed over metaQuast metrics when i compare the Unicycler with other tools such as OPERA_MS, MetaSPAdes and MetaPlatanus.

I would like to hear the communities expereince with using Unicycler for hybrid metagenomics.
