SPAdes encountered an error #353
Description
Hi,
After running for more than 12 hours, the Unicycler stopped with an error message "SPAdes encountered an error". Then I checked the log file and found more details shown as the following:
* system call for: "['/Users/lima/anaconda3/envs/unicycler/bin/spades-core', '/Users/lima/Projects/Bioinformatics/LiuPox/unicycler_output/spades_assembly/K27/configs/config.info', '/Users/lima/Projects/Bioinformatics/LiuPox/unicycler_output/spades_assembly/K27/configs/isolate_mode.info']" finished abnormally, OS return value: -9
Would anyone provide more information about this error? Thank you.
