[Feature]: React Native Web example

What problem does this feature solve?

We use React Native Web for diffing our mobile storybooks via Chromatic, and it would be nice to have an example of how to configure this correctly

Not supported yet, I need to port https://github.com/storybookjs/storybook/blob/next/code/frameworks/react-native-web-vite/README.md to Rsbuild based Storybook framework. I took a quick look, it seems not hard to port.

I actually was able to get this to work for react-native-web, I can share my config in here once I get it cleaned up, but I based it on this webpack config

According to Storybook's doc, it's deprecated https://storybook.js.org/docs/get-started/frameworks/react-native-web-vite. Although it still works for the time being.
