[Feature]: Integrate with Modern.js API only mode

What problem does this feature solve?

a possible scenario is that components rely on bff apis. can we use storybook as the frontend along with modern.js bff? both development and build processes should be supported.

What does the proposed API look like?

perhaps presented in the form of a modern.js plugin.

Currently, it is impossible to call. When Storybook is running, Modern.js BFF will not run.

But I think this issue can be resolved, Modern.js supports starting BFF separately.

I will try implement it, but it may won't be as fast as you expect :)
