option to turn off shortcut

users may use browser add-ons that have customized shortcut and the option of turning off shortcuts should be available?

for example i use memex a note taking tool, and whenever i type s or f the letters are overridden by bookdown shortcuts

Currently this is indeed not possible to remove all the keybinding in the gitbook() format. The only one that can be deactivated is the f that toggle search which obviously does not exist if you deactivate search.

Thanks for the idea, this is something I believe we can add for next version
