[FEATURE REQ] Transmit also frequencies via bluetooth serial

One nice addition to the app would be to transmit via bluetooth also the frequencies of the transponders. Now there are HT with bluetooth enabled and some with custom firmwares being developed. This way the doppler calculation can be done in the app and the HT can switch automatically the frequencies.
