Basic cleaning

Some issues encoutered while visiting newly created repos. Not all of them everywhere though.

• remove requirements.txt since deps are in toml file
• add license when missing
• in readme:
  • change private gitlab url to new github one
  • change refs/links to mews-labs instead of eurobios
  • update refs from olla to pallas ?
• in doc:
  • update project/copyright/author/release keys in conf.py
  • change old gitlab url in getting-started.rst
• get a nice .gitignore (sync with all mewslabs opentools)
• are bld.bat, build.sh and meta.yaml files necessary (from conda?) ? if not, remove
