Tag a stable release #15
Description
The ITM protocol defined in the ARMv7-M reference manual is now wholly covered. The API has started to mature but should simmer for a bit. It is nevertheless time to consider major release sooner rather than later.
rust-embedded/itm#36 should be resolved before anything, however.
