feat(mvn): add Maven (Java) filter module — test, build, dependency:tree

State-machine parser for mvn test (Preamble → Testing → Summary → Done),
line filter for mvn build with noise detection for jOOQ codegen,
typescript-generator, React/CRA, npm, and Liquibase plugin output.
Dependency tree filter strips duplicates, version-managed annotations,
and collapses transitive deps.

Routing via Clap sub-enum with auto-detection of mvnw wrapper.
Build-like goals auto-routed through build filter, other goals
stream via passthrough with usage tracking.
