Javalin 7 was released recently brining some breaking changes. The release affects the modules related to telegram-webhook. I'm suggesting starting working on the migration to keep the dependencies up to date.

I would expect to bump Javalin 6.x.x dependencies to 7.x.x. Code changes will be required as the new version brings some breaking changes.

N/A - we need to keep all dependencies up to date.

Additional context

Implementing this feature request will streamline the migration to Jackson 3 via #1561. I'm expecting to get a native Jackson 3 support in Javalin 7 via javalin/javalin#2526.
