Create ILAMB-DATA for Ameriflux sites

I was able to create a netcdf file for an AmeriFlux site using AMFtoNetCDF4.py. How, can I combine files from few AmeriFlux station to create files in the format of ILAMB-Data, i.e., how can a single file be created containing GPP/ER/NEE etc., information for several AmeriFlux sites?

I also noticed this script src/ILAMB/data/diurnal.cfg that used AmeriFlux data however, after running ilamb-fetch AmeriFlux data folder was not created. Was the AmeriFlux data only available in older version of ILAMB-DATA?
