I appreciate this update from the recent board meeting:
https://rubytogether.org/news/2018-04-25-april-22-board-meeting-results

It expresses the intent to address a handful of things people have brought up, even if it does not give any sense of how exactly those problems will be addressed, and when.

It would be very useful for both the sake of accountability and for making sure that the board understands and is responsive to community concerns, to include in this repository or somewhere else that's easily trackable, a clear list of "Community Concerns" and the steps that are being taken (and have been taken) to address each concern.

I'm not suggesting a laundry list of everything that has ever flowed through a feedback channel. Instead, just a decent list of "Known Issues under consideration" all in one place, so that to see progress and to make clarifying comments, there's a one stop shop.

It would be beneficial to include not just the "What" but the "Why it matters", to the extent that you understand the feedback that has been offered to you.
