Simpler text for email update email

Description

When a user changes their email, an email is sent to the old email notifying the old email account of the email update.

It's an email, so the recipient doesn't need to see who it's addressed to. Also it's obvious that we are contacting them and notifying them.

Simply make it read: Your CASA account's email has been updated to <NEW EMAIL ADDRESS>

Login Emails:

• volunteer1@example.com view site as a volunteer
• supervisor1@example.com view site as a supervisor
• casa_admin1@example.com view site as an admin
• all_casa_admin1@example.com view site as an all casa admin
  • go to /all_casa_admins/sign_in
