Current Behavior

If validation fails when adding a new barcode item the dropdown list of items displays "Yes" and "No" options.

Expected Behavior

The dropdown list should still show the list of items.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Log in as org admin
2. Go to "Inventory" > "Barcode Items"
3. Click on "New Barcode"
4. Select an item from the list, but don't fill Quantity or Barcode
5. Click "Save"

Environment

- OS: MacOS 15.1
- Node: 23.7.0
- npm: 10.9.2

Criteria for Completion

• The dropdown list should display the list of items after validation occurs
• Tests to demonstrate bug was fixed
