accessibility issues - Tab and '/' key navigation

Cannot use tab to jump to search result

Steps to Reproduce

1. resize browser window to a smaller width
2. Search for a gem
3. Press Tab
4. site jump to search panel

Expected Behavior

Display as normal

Current Behavior

Sidebar activated cause display issue

Browser and its version: Chrome latest

Also, many site has implemented "use / to jump to search box", such as Google and PyPI. We can also add it to improve accessibility.
